• �' <br /> ORDINANCE NO.171 P`7g <br /> An Ordinance amending the Zoning Map <br /> of the City of Everett, as provided <br /> by Everett Municipal Code, Title 19 <br /> (Ordinance 3562) <br /> WHEREAS, on, December 7, 1977, the Planning Commission held a <br /> public hearing regarding rezoning of the hereinafter described property <br /> from C-2 Heavy Commercial Light Industrial Zone, and M-1 Heavy <br /> Manufacturing to M-M Medium Manufacturing. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett, after hearing the <br /> recommendations of the Planning Commission of the City of Everett, has <br /> determined that said property should be so rezoned and zoned M-M Medium <br /> Manufacturing. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain: <br /> Section 1: That the City Council of the City of <br /> Everett does hereby find that the zoning change <br /> hereinafter set forth is in the best interest of the <br /> City of Everett. <br /> Section 2: That the Zoning Map of the City of <br /> Everett, as established by Everett Municipal Code <br /> Title 19 (Ordinance 3572, Section A, as amended) <br /> is hereby amended as follows: Beginning at a point <br /> which is the west right-of way line of Hardison Road <br /> and the north right-of-way of State Road 526 as they <br /> now exist; thence NW along west R/W line of Hardison <br /> Road to a point of intersection of the center section <br /> line of said Section 12 Township 28, 4 W.M. ; thence <br /> west along said center section line to east R/W line <br /> of 20th Avenue West, as it now exists, said point <br /> also being the NW corner of lot 4 of Beverly Berry <br /> Tracts Division 2 as recorded in Volume 10, page 20, <br /> plat records of Snohomish County, Washington; thence <br /> south along east R/W line of 20th Avenue West and <br /> east along north R/W line of State Road 526, to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> Section 3: That the official map shall, upon the passage <br /> of this Ordinance, be amended by the City Clerk, as <br /> hereinabove provided, and henceforth said property shall <br /> be used in accordance with the zone in which the same <br /> is now established, as provided by Everett Municipal <br /> Code (Ordinance No. 3572) as amended. <br />
