The consumption charges for master meters outside 2 the city limits shall be computed in the same manner as for individual metered services outside 3 i the city limits. b. The applicable minimum monthly charge for master 4 meters outside the city limits shall be computed by adding to the appropriated sized individual metered 5 service minimum monthly charge, an additional charge of one dollar and fifty cents for each 6 additional premises supplied through such master meter. The total sum so computed shall constitute 7 the minimum monthly charge without regard to actual consumption. 8 j 3. Area Served by Pumping. In such areas outside the city limits which shall be served by the city's pumping 9 station located at 60th and Evergreen Way, the consumption and minimum monthly charges shall be 10 computed in the manner specified for other metered customers outside the city up to a monthly 11 consumption of two hundred twenty thousand cubic feet. All water used monthly in excess of two hundred 12 twenty thousand cubic feet shall be paid for at the rate of seventeen cents per one hundred cubic feet. 13 4. Service Connection Charges. Service connection installations of all sizes shall be charged at the actual 14 cost of the complete installation but in no event shall the charge for a three-quarter inch, a one-inch or a 15 two-inch service be less than the amounts set forth in paragraph A 4b of this section. 16 5. Delinquent Penalty and Special Charges.
