• <br /> 1 2. Master Meters. <br /> a. 'I he consumption charges for master meters outside <br /> 2 the city limits shall be computed in the same <br /> manner as for individual metered services outside <br /> • <br /> 3 the city limits. <br /> b. The applicable minimum monthly charge for master <br /> 4 meters outside the city limits shall be computed by <br /> adding to the appropriated sized individual metered <br /> 5 service minimum monthly charge, an additional <br /> charge of one dollar and fifty cents for each <br /> 6 additional premises supplied through such master <br /> meter. The total sum so computed shall constitute <br /> the minimum monthly charge without regard to <br /> 7 <br /> actual consumption. <br /> 8 3. Area Served by Pumping. In such areas otlide the city <br /> limits which shall be served by the city's pumping <br /> 9 station located at 60th and Evergreen Way, the <br /> consumption and minimum monthly charges shall be <br /> 10 computed in the manner specified for other metered <br /> customers outside the city up to a monthly <br /> 11 consumption of two hundred twenty thousand cubic <br /> feet. All water used monthly in excess of two hundred <br /> 12 twenty thousand cubic feet shall be paid for at the rate <br /> of seventeen cents per one hundred cubic feet. <br /> 13 , 4. Service Connection Charges. Service connection <br /> installations of all sizes shall be charged at the actual <br /> 14 cost of the complete installation but in no event shall <br /> the charge for a three-quarter inch, a one-inch or a <br /> 15 two-inch service be less than the amounts set forth in <br /> paragraph A 4b of this section. <br /> 16 5. Delinquent Penalty and Special Charges. The delinquent <br /> penalty charge as set forth in paragraph A 5 of this <br /> 17 section and the special charges as set forth in paragraph <br /> A 6 of this section, shall apply to customers outside the <br /> • <br /> 18 city limits also except that a twenty-five percent <br /> surcharge shall be added thereto. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> 21 <br /> 22 14.16.740 Rates and charges. <br /> 23 The monthly water rates and charges together with monthly <br /> minimum charges, special charges and penalties prevailing <br /> 24 throughout the water system shall be as follows: <br /> A.
