ORDINANCE NO. '-t D -77 <br /> AN ORDINANCE supplementing appropriations of <br /> the budget for the City of Everett for 1977 , and <br /> amending Ordinance No. 425-76, as amended by <br /> Ordinance Nos . 438-77 , 443-77 , 449-77 , 453-77 , <br /> 465-77 and 472-77 , and declaring an emergency <br /> to exist. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has now appropriated certain local, <br /> state and federal funds to augment previously approved programs <br /> within the 1977 budget; and <br /> WHEREAS, the source and application of funds have been identified; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain that the follow- <br /> ing supplements shall be made to the 1977 budget: <br /> Section 1: That the sum of $6, 656. 00 be appropriated in the <br /> following manner: <br /> a. Appropriation, Fund 148 - Cumulative Reserve for Parks <br /> (1) Program 677 - W.E. Hall Golf Course <br /> Original appropriation, Ord. 425-76 $30, 000 . 00 <br /> Amended by Ord. 465-77 10 , 000. 00 <br /> Amended by this appropriation 6, 656 . 00 <br /> New Program Total $46 , 656 . 00 <br /> b. Source of Funds <br /> (1) Fund 148 - Cumulative Reserve for Parks <br /> Daily revenue from 7% of golf course fees . <br /> c. Purpose <br /> The increase is for carpeting at W.E. Hall golf course <br /> restaurant and pro shop. <br /> Section 2 : That the sum of $3 , 850. 00 be appropriated in the <br /> following manner: <br /> a. Fund 301 - Arterial Street <br /> (1) Program 692 - Guardrail Improvements , Mukilteo Blvd. <br /> Original appropriation, Ord. 425-76 $ -0- <br /> Amended by this appropriation 3, 850 . 00 <br /> New Program Total $ 3 , 850 . 00 <br /> b. Source of Funds <br /> (1) Fund 301 - Arterial Street <br /> 1/2 Cent Gas Tax - included in 1977 budget in <br /> original ordinance 4425-76. <br />
