<br />� �.;�"s�°;<.�. in order to accommodate both the scallery sink and the
<br /> ;;;,;.;„°� new dishwashing machine or the dishwashing machine
<br /> ,,,,.;';,^'T;,,,�„ mu�t be removed and the three compartment scullery sink
<br /> "���°�° reinstalled .

<br /> s����� Also , all food-service equipment must meet the National

<br /> Sanitation Founda�tion sl'andards . In addition , all
<br /> dis�washing machines , scullery, and food prep sinks
<br /> must be served by indirect drain� (floor .�inks) .
<br /> The Snohomish Health District must be notified of any
<br /> changes to the kitchen prior to construction. Further,
<br />} the scullery sink must be reinstalled no later than
<br /> March 5 , 1984 .
