Although you may have had inspection for compliance with Industrial Pretreatmenc requirements, it is still necessary to obtain final inspection of the plumbing work. The Uniform Building Code provides that all permits expire by limitation if the work authorized by the permit is suspended or abandoned at any time after work is commenced for a period of 18G days. If you wish to prevent the permit from expiring without documentation of completion, you may: 1) RequesC an inspection of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress, or 2) Request final inspection if the work is completed, or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. Please respond within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records Uepartment for microfilming without final approval.
