Source of Funds <br /> (1) Fund 130 - Manpower Pool <br /> Federal Grant $406, 353 . 00 <br /> c. Purpose <br /> To appropriate money for personnel provided to various <br /> departments and funded by a Federal Employment Program called <br /> C.E.T.A. (Comprehensive Employment Training Act) . The funding <br /> period is from January 1, 1977 to September 30, 1978 and is <br /> under Title II and Title VI. <br /> Section 3: That the sum of $112, 168 . 00 be appropriated in the <br /> following manner: <br /> a. Appropriation, Fund 131 - Public Works Title II <br /> (1) Program 836 - Title II - Manpower Assistance <br /> Original appropriation, Ord. 425-76 $320 , 000. 00 <br /> Amended by this appropriation, <br /> increasing 1977 budget $112, 168 . 00 <br /> New Program Total $432,168 . 00 <br /> b. Source of Funds <br /> (1) Fund 131 - Public Works Title II <br /> Federal shared revenue $112,168 . 00 <br /> c. Purpose <br /> To appropriate money for police, engineering and attorney' s <br /> salary. Funded by antirecession fiscal assistance under Title <br /> II. <br />
