o <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the <br /> City of Everett, as provided by Everett <br /> Municipal Code Title 19 (Ordinance 3562) <br /> WHEREAS, on July 19, 1977 the Everett Planning Commission held <br /> a public hearing regarding rezoning of the hereinafter described <br /> properties from R-4 Multiple-Family High Density Residence Zone to <br /> R-3 Multiple Family Low Density Residence Zone and R-2 Single <br /> Family High Density, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, after <br /> hearing the recommendation of the Planning Commission, has <br /> determined that said properties should be so rezoned and zoned <br /> R-3 and R-2. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the City Council of the City of <br /> Everett does hereby find that the zoning change <br /> hereinafter set forth is in the best interest of <br /> the City of Everett. <br /> Section 2: That the Zoning Map of the City of <br /> Everett, as established by Everett Municiple <br /> Code Title 19 (Ordinance 3562, Section 4, as <br /> amended) is hereby amended as follows: <br /> That parcel located in County of Snohomish, <br /> State of Washington, all that portion of <br /> the northeast quarter of southwest quarter <br /> of section thirty-two (32) , township twenty <br /> nine (29) north, range five (5) east, W.M. , <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the <br /> monument at the intersection of the monument <br /> lines of Third Street and 49th Street, Lowell, <br /> Washington: thence westerly on the monument <br /> line of 49th Street for 389.5 foot to the <br /> southerly production of the westerly margin <br /> of 4th Street, thence angle to the right 90° <br /> along the westerly margin of 4th Street for <br /> 623.50 feet to the true point of beginning; <br /> thence continue along the westerly margin <br /> of said 4th Street for 400.00 feet; thence <br /> angle to the left 90° for 107.69 feet; <br /> thence angle to the right of 900 44'02" <br /> for 97.09 feet; thence angle to the left <br /> 89° 15' 57" for 213.56 feet more or less to <br /> the easterly margin of the new Broadway Cutoff <br /> • (Primary State Highway No.1) ; thence angle to <br /> the left 89° 01'36" along said easterly margin <br /> of the new Broadway Cutoff for 503.00 feet; <br /> thence angle to the left 92° 26'30" for 341.37 <br /> foot more or less to the true point of beginning. <br /> Except that portion deeded to the State of <br /> Washington for Highway purposes by instrument <br /> filed under Snohomish County Auditor <br /> No. 1628461. is rezoned and zoned R-3 Multiple <br /> Family Density.Densit . <br />
