ORDINANCE NO. zl‘ 7 7 7 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the <br /> City of Everett, as provided by Everett <br /> Municipal Code Title 19 (Ordinance 3562) <br /> WHEREAS, on July 6, 1977, the Everett Planning Commission <br /> held a public hearing regarding rezoning of the hereinafter <br /> described property from R-4 Multiple-Family High Density Residence <br /> Zone to B-3 Central Business Zone. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Countil of the City of Everett, after <br /> hearing has determined the recommendation of the Planning Commission, <br /> had determined that said property should be so rezoned and <br /> zoned B-3 . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Everett <br /> does hereby find that the zoning change hereinafter <br /> set forth is in the best interest of the City of Everett. <br /> Section 2 : That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, <br /> as established by Everett Municipal Code Title 19 <br /> (Ordinance 3562, Section 4 , as amended) is hereby amended <br /> as follows : <br /> Lots 22 thru 32 , Block 611, Rucker ' s First Plat <br /> situated in County of Snohomish, State of <br /> Washington is rezoned and zoned B-3 Central <br /> Business Zone <br /> Section 3 : That the official map shall, upon the <br /> passage of this Ordinance, be amended by the City Clerk, <br /> as hereinabove provided, and henceforth said property <br /> shall be used in accordance with the zone in which the <br /> same is now established, as provided by the Everett <br /> Municipal Code (Ordinance No. 3572) as emended. <br /> Section 4 : The City Clerk is hereby instructed to file <br /> the duly certified copy of this Ordinance with the County <br /> Auditor of Snohomish County, Washington <br /> ATS T.: CITY OF EVERETT/ <br /> b1 �l'1 �. ti A i <br /> City Clerk o`" k'o; r)-) <br /> Passed I- 3 -.7 7 / <br /> Valid ef— --1 -1 <br /> Published I—f-7 7 <br />
