• Section 104 On Premises of Tavern <br /> (1) It is unlawful for anyone to knowingly serve or allow any <br /> person under the age of Iwnety-one (71) years to remain <br /> on the premises of any tavern as defined in the Washington <br /> State Liquor Act or for a person under the age of twenty-one <br /> (21) years to enter or remain on the premises of any such <br /> tavern. <br /> (2) Penalty.
