• <br /> • <br /> Section 110 Possession of Marihuana <br /> • <br /> (1) For the purposes of this section "marihuana" means: <br /> (a) all parts of the plant of the genus Cannibis L. , whether <br /> growing or not; the seeds thereof; the resin extracted <br /> • from any part of the plant; and every compound ,.manu- <br /> :facture, salt, derivative, mixture or preparation of the <br /> .plant, its seeds or resin. <br /> (2) The violation of possession of marihuana is committed when a <br /> person knowingly possesses marihuana of a quantity of forty <br /> • <br /> (40) grams or less . <br /> S <br /> -(3) It shall be an affirmative defense to the violation of possession <br /> of marihuana that such possession was lawful under ordinances <br /> of the City of Everett or laws of the State of Washington. <br /> (4) Possession of marihuana is a violation. • <br />
