Section 43: Assault <br /> 1. A person is guilty of assault when: <br /> a. with intent to cause bodily injury to another <br /> person, he causes bodily injury to any person; or <br /> b. he recklessly causes bodily injury to another <br /> person; or <br /> c. with criminal negligence, he causes bodily injury <br /> to another person. <br /> 2. Assault is a Class A offense. <br />
