Section 57 Criminal Trespass <br /> 1. A person commits the offense of criminal trespass if he <br /> or she knowingly enters or remains unlawfully in a build- <br /> ing or on real property adjacent thereto or upon real <br /> property which is fenced or otherwise enclosed in a <br /> manner designed to exclude intruders. <br /> 2. Criminal Trespass is a Class A offense. <br />
