• <br /> Section 94 Obstructing A Peace Officer <br /> (1) A person commits the offense of obstructing a peace officer if: <br /> (A) he or she intentionally uses or threatens to use force <br /> to obstruct a person that he or she knows or should <br /> reasonably know is a peace officer and such officer is <br /> acting lawfully in a governmental function; or <br /> (B) he or she intentionally does any act that he or she <br /> knows or should reasonably know will interfere <br /> with or obstruct a person known to be or who <br /> should reasonably be known to he a peace officer <br /> and such officer is acting lawfully in a govern- <br /> mental function. <br /> (2) Obstructing a Peace Officer is a Class B offense . <br />
