• • ORDINANCE NO. i z4 3-7 7 AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as provided by Everett Municipal Code Title 19 (Ordinance 3562) 1 WHEREAS, on June 1, 1977, the Everett City Council held a public 2 earing regarding rezoning of the hereinafter described property from R-3, 3 Multiple-Family Low-Density Residence Zone to B-2 Community Shopping 4 Zone. 5 6 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, has determined 7 that said property should be so rezoned and zoned B-2. 8 • 9 NOVA THEREFORE , THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES, RDAIN: 10 Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Everett does hereby find that the zoning change hereinafter set forth'is in 11 the best interest of the City of Everett. 12 Section 2: That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, 13 as established by Everett Municipal Code Title 19 (Ordinance 3562, Section 4, as amended) is hereby.amended as follows: 14 Lots 86, 87, 88 and 89, First Addition to Beverly 15 Park, as per plat recorded in Volume 9 of Plats, 16 Page 17, Records of Snohomish County, Washington is rezoned, and zoned B-2 Community Shopping Zone. 17 Section 3: That the official map shall, upon the passage of this 18 Ordinance, be amended by the City Clerk, as hereinabove provided, and henceforth said property shall be used in accordance with the 19 zone in which the same is now established, as provided by the 20 Everett Municipal Code (Ordinance No. 3572) as amended. 21 Section 4: The City Clerk is hereby instructed to file the duly certified copy of this Ordinance with the County Auditor of Snohomish 22 County, Washington. 23 24 ATTESW: CITY OF VE ETT: 7;) 25 :7;e' -,- -et- .-ce,) 26 City Clerk Mayor 27 Passed: ` •' 77 28 Valid: 7-s--'7 7 29 Published: 7 - 1.- 7 7 30 31 32
