• <br /> • , I <br /> 1• � t <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 4/67,.<7 - 77 <br /> AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of the alleys in <br /> Blocks 13, 14, 17, 18, 27, 28, 31, and 40, Plat of <br /> J. S. Sines Acres Tract and Maple Street south of 36th <br /> Street to the west line of the Burlington Northern Right- <br /> of-Way and 37th Street, 38th Street, and 39th Street from <br /> the east boundary line of the Burlington Northern Terminal <br /> Grounds to the west line of the Burlington Northern Railroad <br /> Right-of-Way, and 40th Street from the Burlington Northern <br /> Terminal Grounds to the west line of Maple Street. <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1283 of the City of Everett, the City <br /> Council has declared its intentions to vacate said streets and alleys; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett did by resolution duly <br /> adopted, fix the 25th day of May, 1977, at 10:00 a.m. of said day for the <br /> hearing, and determination of said resolution; and <br /> WHEREAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of said hearing and <br /> determination of said resolution has been given by the City Clerk in the <br /> manner prescribed by law; and <br /> WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for hearing favorable statements <br /> and objections to the vacating of the herein described alley were heard and <br /> discussed; and <br /> WHEREAS, it now appears to the City Council of the City of Everett that <br /> the portion of said alley resolved to be vacated should be vacated; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section I <br /> The alleys in Blocks 13, 14, 17, 18, 27, 28, 31, and 40, <br /> Plat of J. S.
