Section 5. The following designated streets and highways in the <br /> City of Everett are hereby made a part of the City's arterial <br /> street system and are.hereby classified as Conceptual Arterials: <br /> CONCEPTUAL LIMITS <br /> Everett Avenue Extension East Grand-Railway Avenue <br /> 47th Street Extension Mukilteo Boulevard-47th Street <br /> at Black Forest Lane <br /> 20th Avenue West Extension Northerly limits-52nd Street <br /> extended <br /> 52nd Street Extension 20th Avenue West-extended to <br /> Evergreen Way <br /> Madison Street Extension 20th Avenue West-extended to <br /> Evergreen Way <br /> 79th Street Extension Hardeson Road-Beverly Lane at <br /> 79th Street <br /> 10th Avenue West/Dorn Casino Road-Evergreen Way <br /> Avenue Extension <br /> 100th Street Evergreen Way to 4th Avenue West <br /> Section 6. The City Engineer is here and now authorized and directed <br /> to make the necessary map changes and file the same according to law <br /> so as to at all times have on file with the proper officers of <br /> the state and city and up-to-date map showing the arterial highways <br /> designated by the City of Everett. <br /> Section 7. Designation of One-Way Streets. The following streets in <br /> the City of Everett are hereby designated for vehicular travel in <br /> one direction, commonly referred to as one-way streets for use for <br /> one-way traffic as follows: <br /> California Street shall be one-way traffic eastbound from the <br /> intersection of said street at Rucker Avenue to the intersection <br /> of said street at Oakes Avenue; <br /> Wall Street shall be one-way traffic westbound from the <br /> intersection of said street with Oakes Avenue to the intersection <br /> of said street at Rucker Avenue; <br /> Hoyt Avenue shall be one-way traffic northbound from the <br /> intersection of Hoyt Avenue at 37th Street to the intersection <br /> of said Hoyt Avenue at 19th Street; <br /> Wetmore Avenue shall be one-way traffic southbound from the <br /> intersection of Wetmore Avenue at 19th Street to the intersection <br /> of said Wetmore Avenue at 37th Street; <br /> Access Road 1-D as shown upon the plat of port access roads and <br /> parking areas filed with the Snohomish County Auditor under <br /> Auditor's Receiving Numbers 1779570 and 1779571 is hereby <br /> designated a one-way road proceeding northerly from Access Road <br /> 1-C and thence easterly to Norton Avenue; <br /> The south leg of Ttereve Drive from Beverly Boulevard to its <br /> intersection with the north leg of Ttereve Drive shall be one-way <br /> traffic westbound. <br /> Darlington Lane shall be one-way traffic southbound from Mukilteo <br /> Blvd. to Dull Place. <br /> Laurel Drive shall be one-way from Niles Avenue intersection in <br /> a westerly direction counter clockwise to Niles Avenue intersection. <br />
