• r ' <br /> ORDINANCE NO. /-45-1-71-77 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the <br /> City of Everett, as provided by Everett Muni- <br /> cipal Code Title 19 (Ordinance 3572) <br /> 1 <br /> 2 WHEREAS, on April 19 , 1977 , the Planning Commission held <br /> 3 a public hearing regarding rezoning of the hereinafter described <br /> 4 property from R-3 , Multiple-Family Low-Density Residence Zone to <br /> 5 C-1, General Commercial Zone. <br /> 6 WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Everett, after <br /> 7 hearing the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City <br /> of Everett, has determined that said property should be so <br /> 8 <br /> 9 <br /> rezoned and zoned C-1. <br /> 10 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN <br /> 11 Section 1 : That the City Council of the City of Everett <br /> does hereby find that the zoning change hereinafter set <br /> 12 forth is in the best interest of the City of Everett. <br /> 13 Section 2 : That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, <br /> I as established by Everett Municipal Code Title 19 <br /> 14 f (Ordinance 3572 , Section 4 , as amended) is hereby <br /> amended as follows : <br /> 15 All that portion of the SA of Section 13 , <br /> 16 Township 28N, Range 4 E .U.M. lying West of <br /> State Highway (S.R.
