r <br /> ORDINANCE NO.<'L,4.T.1 -7 7 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City <br /> of Everett as provided by Ordinance No. 3572 of <br /> the City of Everett, also known as Everett City <br /> Code 19. 04 <br /> WHEREAS , the Planning Commission has held a public <br /> hearing regarding the rezoning of the hereinafter described <br /> property from R-2, Single-Family High-Density to R-2 , Single- <br /> Family High-Density/Planned Residential Development, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, after <br /> hearing the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the <br /> City of Everett, has determined that said property should be so <br /> rezoned and zoned R-2 (PRD) (Ordinance 414-76, Section 7D) . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the City Council of the City of Everett does hereby <br /> find that the PRD zoning change hereinafter set forth <br /> is in the best interest of the City of Everett and meets <br /> the purpose and requirements of the Planned Residential <br /> Development Ordinance No. 414-76 . <br /> Section 2 : <br /> That the proposed zoning change is based on the developer <br /> meeting the conditions stated in the attached development <br /> contract. <br /> Section 3 : <br /> That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as established <br /> by Everett City Code 15. 04 . 040 (Ordinance No. 3572, <br /> Section 4) is hereby amended as follows : <br /> All of Lot 11 and the East 140 feet of Lots 12, 13 , and <br /> the East 75 feet of Lot 10, Cady' s Addition to Beverly <br /> Hills, and Lots 62 , 63 , and 64 Beverly Hills Division No. 3 . <br /> This parcel, now zoned R-2 , Single-Family High-Density, <br /> is hereby rezoned and is zoned R-2 , Single-Family High- <br /> Density/Planned Residential Development. <br /> Section 4 : <br /> That the official zoning map shall upon the passage of this <br /> Ordinance be amended by the City Clerk, as hereinabove <br /> provided, and henceforth said property shall be used in <br /> accordance with the development requirements stated in <br /> the attached contract. <br />
