CONSENT: (8) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,890,478.77 for the period of September 22, 2018 through September 28, 2018. (9) Approve Sole Source Purchase from Action Target of a Dust Collection Unit and Auger System to Action Target in the amount of $123,412.50 including Washington State sales tax. (10) Authorize Call for Bids for the construction of Watermain Replacement "T" Project. ACTION: (11) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Administrative Service Agreement with Asserta Health for concierge referral services. (12) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Homage Senior Services Memorandum of Understanding to provide workshops at The Carl Gipson Senior Center to provide free health care insurance information.
