(See Attached) There was no reference to a landscape issue on the inspecilon <br />repoR, howevar, ihe latest document references completlon of the lendscaping or the <br />posting of a landscape bond. At a site vlelt in December, we made note of the fact that the <br />landscaping was instalied in accordence with the permfried set of plans issued by the Cfty <br />of Everett, with the exception of a moved planter due to a driveway confllct. in fact, the <br />tenant has added qulte a bit more edditional landscaping than was shown an the plans. <br />The General Contractor has indicated to us that the requested items are in far,t not on any <br />plans. Please ciarify for us what items are missing from the permitted drawi�igs thet <br />require completion or e bond.
