Shruba and grouad cover ahall be planted to attain a <br />coverage of ninety (90) percent of the planting area within three <br />years. <br />4. Lasrne may be uaed to cover up to aeventq-five (75) percent of the <br />landacape area which ie not used fur the aight obecuring barrier. <br />B. Type II: See Through Buffer. Type II landecaping 1s interded to <br />creatP a viaual aeparation betr�een uaes and zonea. Type II laadscaping <br />ahall coneist of: <br />1. A miz of evergreen. and deciduous trees, with no more than thirty <br />(30) percent being deciduous, a minimum of siz feet 1n height, and <br />planted at interrals no greater than twenty (20) feet on center. <br />2. A miz af evergree�n and deciduoue ahrube, �rith not more than thirty <br />(30) percent being deciduous, a minimum of twenty-four (24) inches <br />high at the tlme of piantiug, planted at a density of 5 per 100 <br />equare feet of pl.anting area, together �rith other living ground <br />cover planted to attain a coverage of 90 percent within three <br />yeare of planting. <br />C. Type III: Ornamental Effecte I.andecaping. Type III landacaping is <br />intended to provide a viaual separatian of usea from etreets; aad <br />visual aeparation of compatible uses so as to soften the appearance of <br />the development from public streeta and soften the appearance of <br />parking aresa, huildings, and other improvemeata.
