4.0 STCRIYATER OUALITY CONTROL
Treatment of stormwater will be provided for runoff up to the 2-year storm event. AIUough
deten6on is not required, a restrictor manhole has been designed to limit the rate of flow through
the downstream oil/water separator and biofiltration swale. This will enhance treatmei t of
— stormwater during mild rainfall inlensities. Excessive runoff would bypass ihe oil/water separator
2nd the bioswale through an overflow pipe W the ul6mate discharge point located near the
northwest property cornec Within ihe appendix of the re!ort are design computtions for the
— oil/water separator vault as well as ihe biofiltra6on svale.
5.0 POINT OF DISCNARGE/DOWNSTREAM ANALYSIS
The runoff from the proposed development will discharge at the site's nah:ral discharge locadon.
7 he proposed development will not alter the existing drainage course or divert stormwater runoff
— onto or away from the downstream drainage system. Discharge runoff from the sitc will be
directed to the public storm drainage conveyance system located within Ihe public right-of-way of
Evergreen Way. Since this project will in effect reduce the runoff from ihis site, a Prlher ;.nalysis
— of the downstream dninage course is not necessary.
Burglmuscn Consulting [nginccrs, Inc.
