The existing Mr. Bill's restaurant will be demolished in its entirety and our
proposal includes construction of a new 3012 sf single story restaurant facility. Please find
enclosed three site plans indicating our proposed routing For sanitary sewer service.
These plans have been submitted for building permit and are currently being finalized for
bidding on 1 7/10/94. We understand that there is no sanitary sewer service available off of
Evergreen Way. Our initial investigation indicates that we will need to re-connect to an
existing side sewer south of our property which connects to a sewer main in 75th Street. We
have not confirmed what condition this 6" diameter sewer lateral is in; however, believe it may
be quite corroded from t 15-20 years use with Mr. Bills Restaurant.
We would appreciate receiving one marked-up print indicating thereon the preferred service
route. In addition, we would like to request a written response to the following items for
completing our Construction Documents on or before this date.
Regarding Sewer Service:
1) This site has an existing sewer lateral now serving it. Can we tie into the lateral,
assuming it is in good condition? Our records indicate this is a 6" diameter pipe; what
is the size of the lateral according to your records? If known, what is the invert
elevation at the south property line?
2) If a new sewer lateral from the main should be required, please indicate where the
facility would be served from and what are the divisions of responsibili[y for a complete
installation (i.e. who does trenching, instails sewer lines, patch paving of street, etc.)?
3)
41
" MAHIETTA. GA
Do you have requirements for boring for new sewer laterais instead of trenching?
Are there any connection or late comer fees associated with the subject development?
What are ihe associated costs7
9ACRAMENTO,CA
PET/LUMA.
