This permit application is being processed <br />and you will get a call from one of our Permit Technicians when it is available. <br />However any future sprinkler revisions may require an upgrade to a double check d�cector assembly. At <br />that timc, the followin9 revisions should first be submitted as a Public Works permit application, and the <br />same information should also be included in the future sprinkler permit application: <br />1. A double-check detector valve asserr�bly (DCDA) should be shown on the drawings. <br />2. Please clarify i.` the City of Everett or if a separate contractor will be providing the assembly. <br />3. This sprinkler submittal will require three copies of the foilowing: <br />• A catalog cut indicating the DC:UA manufaciurer's model in lhe 'BackFlow Prevention <br />Assemblies Approved for Installation in Washinglon State', published by the Washington <br />State Department of Health, current edition. <br />• A plan or section of the intended location and installation of the DCDA. The drawing should <br />indicate the DCDA located horizonially in a vault, and identify the model number on the <br />drawing. <br />4. The routing of the fire service from the city main shouid be shown relative to the property line of <br />the buiiding. <br />5. The riser room should be identified on the plans. <br />6.
