In response to your recent application for a new suppression ccnstruction permit, the plans have been examined and you are advised that this is an incomplete submittal, and the permit review cannot be resumed until the following issues are resolved. 1. A double-check detector valve assembly (DCDA) should be shown on the drawings. 2. A separate contractcr should provide the assembly, since it will not be installed by the city. 3. This spri�kler submittal will require three copies of the following: . A plan or section of the inkended locaton and installation of the DCDA. The drewing should indicate the DCDA located horizontally in a vault, and identify the model numlier on the drawing. 4. The routing of the fire service from the city main should be shown relative to the properly line of the building. 5. The riser room should be identified on the Plans, 6. A PN is required if there is not direct access to the riser room from outside of the building. These comments have also been included in the plan review for building permit B1107-022 for the Phase III tenant improvements.
