It is <br />non-flammable and non-combustible, will char in place when <br />subjected to a direct flame, as well as have no tendency to <br />flash or ignite, <br />WP recommend a minimum application of three gallons per <br />100 square feet. Application temperat.ures should be over <br />60°F and dry enough to allow at least 18 hours of dry time <br />bef.ore contact with moisture. <br />It is my understanding that the City will recomir�end this <br />product's application to satisfy its requirement for fire- <br />retardency on a built-up roof surface.
