More <br /> than 12 companies were directly notified regarding the opportunity. In-addition,the solicitation was <br /> advertised in both the Herald and Daily Journal of Commerce. Four firms submitted proposals. <br /> Procurement reviewed the proposals for responsiveness and responsibility. The evaluation team consisted of <br /> staff from Public Works,Facilities/Real Property,and Community Planning and Economic Development. <br /> Proposals were reviewed and evaluated on the following criteria: <br /> 1. Qualifications and Relevant Experience <br /> 2. Technical Capability,Approach and Capacity <br /> 3. Communication <br /> 4. Risk,Performance and Quality Assurance <br /> 5. Proposed Fee Structure <br /> Based on the evaluation criteria,Lee&Associates achieved the highest score and provided the best value <br /> proposal. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Award Request for Proposals#2018-047 Real Estate Broker Services to Lee &Associates for a two year <br /> contract with three-one year extension options. <br /> 127 <br />
