76/2--- 470a • ORDINANCE NO. 4745 /- -76 AN ORDINANCE supplementing appropriations of the budget for the City of Everett for 1976; and amend- 1 ing Ordinance No. 376-75, as amended by Ordinance Nos. 387-76 , 388-76 , 389-76 , 400-76, 402-76 , 408-76 , 2 411-76 and 4.15-76 , and declaring an emergency to exist. 3 WHEREAS, the City Council has now appropriated certain local , State and Federal funds to augment previously approved programs 4 within the 1976 budget; and 5 WHEREAS , the source and application of funds have been identi f ied; 6 NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain that the follow- 7 ing supplements shall be made to the 1976 budget: Section 1 : That the sum of $2, 564 . 28 be appropriated in the 8 following manner : 9 a. Fund 643 - L.I .D. Guaranty Fund 18 Cash on Hand 19 The surplus property was sold for $3, 500 . 00 per bid awarded on September 22, 1976. 20 Section 2 : That the sum of $2, 009. 86 be appropriated in the 21 following manner : 22 a.
