Situated in Snohomish County, Washing- <br /> 11 ton. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 This parcel, now zoned R-2 , Single-Family High-Density, <br /> 14 is hereby rezoned and is zoned R-2, Single-Family <br /> 15 High-Density/Planned Residential Development. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Section 4 : <br /> 18 That the official zoning map shall upon the passage <br /> 19 of this Ordinance be amended by the City Clerk, <br /> 20 as hereinabove provided, and henceforth said property <br /> 21 shall be used in accordance with the development <br /> 22 requirements stated in the attached contract. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 Section 5 : That failure to meet the conditions <br /> 25 of the attached contract shall result in Planning <br /> 26 Commission' s and City Council ' s reconsideration <br /> 27 of this rezone action, and future development <br /> 28 of said parcel shall then be subject to requirements <br /> 29 of the R-2, Single-Family High-Density Zoning per <br /> 30 Ordinance 414-76 , Section 7 H. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br />
