These comments <br />address building issues only, additional revisions or additions may be required by other departrnents <br />(such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 1997 Uniform Building Code, as <br />amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 1997 Edition, unless stated <br />otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of xour application to continue, it will be necessacy to <br />provide the Buildmg Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the <br />corrections requested. <br />An engineering analysis should be provided which shows the adequacy of the existing roof and <br />supporting wall system to support the increased load of the new 1075 pound mechanical unit. <br />2.
