This permit will remain valid uncil November 27, 1999. If work is begun within that <br />time period, the permit may be main..;ined in an active stacus by requesting inspection at least <br />once eacli 180 days to document progress. If work ceases for more than 180 days, che permit <br />will expire; the Uniform Building Code stipulates thac no permit shall be extended more than <br />once.
