• <br /> October 17, 2018 <br /> Discussion ensued regarding adequate notification to citizens and <br /> businesses and the cost of notification and enforcement. <br /> Council Member Murphy suggested this item be referred to the General <br /> Government Subcommittee to discuss the particulars brought forth by Ms. <br /> Diaz in order to refine the ordinance and allow for adequate time for <br /> community notification. <br /> After concurrence from council members, President Roberts stated that this <br /> item will be discussed at the General Government Subcommittee on <br /> November 14 and brought back to Council after the questions from Ms. Diaz <br /> were answered and incorporated into the ordinance. <br /> PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS: <br /> COUNCIL BILL 1810-40 <br /> • SECOND READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving the appropriations of the 2018 revised <br /> City of Everett Budget and amending Ordinance No. 3624-18 <br /> COUNCIL BILL 1810-41 <br /> SECOND READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating Department 018 in the General Fund, <br /> entitled Communications and Marketing, to account for all <br /> transactions relating to the operations of the Communications and <br /> Marketing Department <br /> COUNCIL BILL 1810-42 <br /> SECOND READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending Department 021 in the General Fund, to <br /> be entitled Community, Planning, and Economic Development to <br /> • <br /> 331 <br />
