By this <br /> letter , the Bank is applying for a permit to clear and htiul <br /> away the brush from :his lot , and seed it with grass, so it <br /> is more easily naintainable. <br /> Brush and debris will be removed. However , t.he tall <br /> evergreen and any other preferable trees will remain in <br /> place. Rather than cutting down the brush, I anticipate <br /> having a 6ulldozer uproot the brush, and even out <br /> irregularities :n the surface, so that maintenance of the lot <br /> will be much easier . <br /> Please find enclosed a check f�r $25.00 for the clearing <br /> permit , and 3 copiEs of thE site plan for your records.
