CITY <br /> • Office of Crime Victims Advocacy <br /> WA State STOP Formula Grant <br /> Application for FFY 2018 Funds <br /> Community Planning Meeting Required <br /> Generally, every other year, a community-planning meeting is required during the development of your <br /> applications to allow input from interested parties regarding what services to support with the STOP Grant <br /> allocations in your county. This community-planning meeting can be done during one of your regular <br /> Coordinated Community Response meetings. Counties are not required to schedule a separate public meeting. <br /> However,the meeting must be advertised in public areas to notify others who may want to participate. During <br /> the planning meeting, please discuss two years of STOP Grant activities, as the next application will be a renewal. <br /> Project period for planning purposes should be January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2020. <br /> If you are not currently involved with the STOP Grant and are interested in participating in the planning meeting <br /> for this application, please refer to the list of current STOP Grantees found on the last page of this document. <br /> Grant Period: January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019 <br /> Your budget in this application will cover the grant period of one year;January 2019 through December 2019. <br /> The next application will cover the grant period of January 2020 through December 2020. <br /> All awards are subject to the availability of appropriated funds and any modifications or additional requirements <br /> that may be imposed by the Office on Violence Against Women (OVW), U. S. Department of Justice (DOJ). <br /> Application Due in OCVA no later than <br /> Monday; October 29, 2018 <br /> The Office of Crime Victims Advocacy reserves the right to reduce, modify, or deny applications. <br /> This project will be supported by awards#2016-WF-AX-0036 and#2017-WF-AX-0030 and application#2018-X1346-WA- <br /> WF from the Office on Violence Against Women,U.S.Department of Justice.
