City of Everett WA State STOP Formula Grant Application for FFY 2018 Funds MATCHING OR COST SHARING REQUIREMENTS Matching or cost sharing means the portion of project costs not paid by federal funds. Tribal Governments and Non-Profit Victim Service providers are exempt from the match requirement. The costs of activities counted as match must be directly related to the project goals and objectives. Matching funds are restricted to the same use of funds as allowed for the federal award. If it is not allowable under the federal award, it is not allowable as match. Grantees must maintain records that clearly show the source,the amount, and the timing of all matching contributions. Please complete the table below if your agency is required to provide a match. Your match requirement will be the same amount as listed in your current grant, unless changes have been made to your grant amount. In that case, contact your OCVA Violence Against Women Program Coordinator prior to submitting an application.
