Vegetation including accumulnted branches, <br />stumps, and debris along with two small app�irenUy ab;indoned buildings a[[es[ [o [his <br />altcrcd condition. <br />Viceclnlinn <br />As often seen on dist,�r6ed areas, the vegetation is predomin:mtly herbaceous second gro�vth <br />and heterogeneaus, i.e. "clumps" of mostly non-«�oody plants are found interspersed be[ween <br />broad patches ot the daminant upland grass, a colonial bentgrass (Agmstis tenuis), ���hich is <br />prominen: on the eastern twa-thirds of the p:+rcel. C'irc�viced (LpiloGiiun nn.S�usrifolium), <br />blackberries (R«bus speclnbili.r, R. lncininn�s, nnd R. discolnr), Douglas spirea (Spirneu <br />douglnsii), nnd creeping buttercup (Rnnunculu.r repens) makcup most of tlie °dumps".
