Prior to the issuance of any permits, the Appiicant must either <br />obtain an HPA from tha Department of Fisheries or Wildlife for <br />the discharge of stormwater to North Creek or must submit a <br />,�,�� letter statin4 that an HPA is not required. <br />'v� � <br />... <br />1 j�j <br />� � <br />IiITIGATION OF ADVII2SE IIiPACTS BY SEPA <br />1. The west fork of North Creek runs close to this property on the <br />property directly to the east of this site. There is a wetla:�d <br />associated with the creek that may extend ont� this site. Pzior <br />to the issuance of any permits, the applicant must identify the <br />location of the wetland and the creek. No activity can occur <br />within 25 feet of the creek or wetlana. Any fill and cleared <br />veqetation that has been placed within 25 feet of North Creek or <br />its associated wetlands must be removed. The toe of the fill <br />must be outside the 25 foot buffer. (SEPA Water and Land and <br />Shoreline Policies) <br />2. A grass lined swale will be required to treat stormwater runoff <br />prior to discharge fron the site. A plan must also be developed <br />1 <br />
