This permit will remain valid until June 12, 1993 and does not allow for any <br />change m scope of the permit. If work has not commenced by this date, a new permit wiil be <br />required. Please request inspection each 180 days to document progress. <br />According to the 1991 Uniform Building Code, Section 303(d), "...the Building Official may <br />extend the time for action by the permittee for a period not exceeding 180 days upon written <br />request by the permittee...
