The Site is more paAicularly described on attached <br />EXHIBIT A. <br />WHEREAS, lhe Lessee desires to Lease a certain portion of land and tower space within the Sile, aiong wilh access and utilily <br />easements Iherelo (colleclively, the "Premises"), which is more particularly depicted on attached EXHIBIT B. <br />NOW THEREFORE, tur good and valuable consideration, the receipt and suHiciency of which is hereby acknowledged, Lessor grants lo <br />Lessee use of the Premises, together wilh an access and utility easement, under Ihe foilowing terms and conditions: <br />1. USE: Lessee msy use the Premises for the installalion, localion, operation, maintenance, repair and/or use of certain equipment <br />("Permitt:;1 EquipmenC'), operaling at permitted frequencies ("Permilted Frequ��cies') as set forth on attached EXHIBIT C. <br />2. INITIAL TERM: Sixty (60) months, commencing on the date oF one of the tollowing ("Commencement Date"): <br />� The earlier o(: the iniliation of any work al the Sile (in which case Lessee agrees to provide a satisfactory wrillen acknowledgement <br />of the Commencemeni Dale prior lo any on-sile installations or preparalory work); or, June 1, 2006. <br />3.
