The <br />Uniform Building Code provides that all pernvu expire by limicaaon if the work authorized by the <br />permit is suspended or abandoned at any time afcer wor�c is commenced for a period of 180 days. If <br />you arish to prevent the permit from expuing without documentation of completion, you may: <br />1) Request an inspection of work that has occurred, to document conunwng progress, <br />or 2) Request futi inspection if the work is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records Department for <br />microfi]m'ing without final approval.
