The City <br />will make a written decision on this application within 120 days of this notification, subject to <br />the procedures for detennining time limitations set forlh in tlie City's Administrative Procedures <br />Ordinance #2136-96. <br />Thc City has conducted only a preliminarv review of the application at this timc. A public <br />rcvicw of this application is required.
