We are <br />unable to issue a Certificate of Occupancy for this project until outstanding permits have received <br />final approved inspections. Cooies of the last inspections are enclosed. The Uniform Building <br />Code provides that all permits expireby limitation if the work authorized by the permit is suspended <br />or abandoned at any time after work is commenced for a period of 180 days. If you wish to prevent <br />the permits from expiring without dccumentation of completion and without issuance of a <br />Certificate of Occupancy, you may: <br />1) Request inspections of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress, <br />or 2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br />Please provide the permit number when requesting inspections or extensions. Please respond within <br />10 days. After that time the file will be ,ent to our Records Department for microfilming without <br />final approval.
