Teresa is the planner that took in the permit but she is out this week and she said I could talk to you about reaolving the parking issue in her absence. Essentially it looks like all the departments have signed off for the permit and ihe only thing ieft to do is verify parking. If you look at the drawings (A1.0 and At.1) you can see as part of the remodel of Izzy's Piva we are redoing a small portion of the site parking which as a result we have lost two parking stalls. Teresa asked that i turn in an overall site plan of the shopping center along with a parking calculation. I talked with my client and unfortunately there is no available overall site plan. Instead I have attached an aerial photograph for reference. The remodel is in North Point Plaza. ' A shopping center per Everett City code must be parked at 1 per 300 sq ft of floor area. There is currently a total of 190,522 sq ft of shopping center. 190,522/300 =635.07 therefore 636 stalls are required. With the site revision we will have a total of 843 which is well above the code requirement. Will this e-mail suffice as proof that we have not compromised the parking calculation for the existing site with the revision? Please let me k�ow what more information you will need to resolve this issue. I would like to collect the permit on the project this week.
