The following documents have been submitted by RDC and constitute the complete application: i. 2014 permit reissuance document dated October 2013 ii. Operation Plan included in the 2014 permit reissuance dated October 2013 iii. Engineering report included in the 2014 permit reissuance dated October 2013 iv. Closure plan dated October 2013 v. Post-closure plan dated October 2013 The permit may be suspended or revoked according to the terms set forth in section XII herein. If the permit is suspended or revoked, the permittee may appeal the action according to the terms of the permit and RCW 70.95.210. This permit is transferable only upon prior written approval of the jurisdictional health department. The prospective transferee must demonstrate its ability to comply with laws, regulations and permit conditions. The permit shall be reviewed annually and reissued by the expiration date in conformance with Section I herein.
