With Uie addition of the <br /> following items, the plans are approved. <br /> l. All equipment shall meet che requirements o: the National <br /> Sanitation Foundation (N.S.I'.) . Submit the make and model <br /> number of equipmen[ to show compliance. <br /> 2. Toilet rooms shall be enclosed with tight-fitting, self-closing, <br /> so1:d doors. A covered waste receptacle shall be provided in <br /> the ladies toiler room. <br /> 3. Handwashing si.nks throughout the establishment shall be equipped <br /> with hand-cleansing soap and paper towels. <br /> 4. There shall be no direct connection betwi:en the sewerage system <br /> ar�d any drains originating from eouipment in which food, port- <br /> able equipment or utensils are placed. <br /> 5. Wood surfaces throughout the establishment shall be sealed, <br /> ' sr000th and easily cleanable. <br /> i 6. A running �oater dipper well is needed if you are scooping hard <br /> � ice cream. <br /> 7. A sneeze guard is needed aL the �iot food bar and Che salad bar. <br /> The sneeze guard shall be mounted so that they directly <br /> intercept the customer's mouth and the displayed food at tlie <br /> "use" position. The vertical distance from the average customer's <br /> mouth to the floor shall be considered tr� be 4'6" to 5' . <br /> 7f there are any significant changes or additions to your layout or <br /> equipment, the Snohomish Aealth District must be notified. <br /> An inspection is required about one 4�eek prior to complerion of the <br /> work.
