17. Buildings containing high -piled combustible storage shall be in accordance with Chapter 23 of the 2003 <br />International Fire Code and NFPA 13. A Fire Department permit is required for high -piled storage. <br />18. In order to expedite plan revievi, a hazardous materials inventory list shall be provided as a part o' the <br />submittal for building permit. 1 he storage, handling and use of hazardous materials shall be in <br />compliance with Chapter 27 of the International Fire Code, 2003 Edition. <br />19. The storage, handling and use of flammable or combustible liquids shall comply with Chapter 34 of the <br />International Fire Code, 2003 Edition. <br />20. All fire alarm control panels (FACP) and sprinkler valves shall be in heated rooms or closets with <br />standard man door access. Locations shall be approved by the Fire Marshal's Office. <br />21. Dumpsters over 1.5 cubic yards capacity shall be located a minimum of 5 feet from the building [IFC <br />304.3.3, 2003 Edition]. <br />SIB% <br />
