A copy of the Federal Communication Commission's new 6409 rule is enclosed for your information. Scope of Work AT&T proposes the following minor modifications to this site: • Add (6) new runs of coax &(3) TMAs on the existing 90'-0" SNO-PUD pole. • Add (3) RRF-I units, (3) Dual Diplexers &(3) 15AMP breakers to ground equipment. (Please note: all work will be performed wholly within the existing premises and utility easements; this site is free of any concealment features; and the project otherwise complies with the site's original conditions of approval.)
