This completed project provides a bypass around the Three Lakes Valve that will be used <br /> to allow maintenance on the existing valve structure without having to shut down TL 5. <br /> Casne Engineering, Inc. provided electrical design and construction engineering services for this project and <br /> needs a time extension to complete their services. There is no additional cost associated with this request. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize Mayor to Sign Amendment No.2 to the Professional Services Agreement with Casne <br /> Engineering,Inc. to provide additional contract time fcc jhe Three Lakes Valve Bypass Project at no <br /> additional cost. <br />
