I <br /> 1 coverage shall be excess over and as least as broad in coverage as the Contractor's <br /> 2 Commercial General and Auto Liability insurance <br /> 3 <br /> I <br /> 4 All entities listed under 1-07.18(2) of these Special Provisions shall be named as additional <br /> 5 insureds on the Contractor's Excess or Umbrella Liability insurance policy. <br /> 6 <br /> I 7 This requirement may be satisfied instead through the Contractor's primary Commercial <br /> 8 General and Automobile Liability coverages, or any combination thereof that achieves the <br /> 9 overall required limits of insurance. <br /> I 10 <br /> 11 C051-07,18(5).,K R7t <br /> 12 1-07.18(5)J Pollution Liability <br /> I 13 (January 4, 2016 APWA GSP) <br /> 14 <br /> 15 The Contractor shall provide a Contractors Pollution Liability policy, providing coverage for <br /> I 16 claims involving bodily injury, property damage (including loss of use of tangible property <br /> 17 that has not been physically injured), cleanup costs, remediation, disposal or other handling <br /> 18 of pollutants, including costs and expenses incurred in the investigation, defense, or <br /> 19 settlement of claims, arising out of any one or more of the following: <br /> 20 1. Contractor's operations related to this project. <br /> 21 2. Remediation, abatement, repair, maintenance or other work with lead-based paint or <br /> 22 materials containing asbestos. <br /> I 23 3. Transportation of hazardous materials away from any site related to this project. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 All entities listed under 1-07.18(2) of these Special Provisions shall be named by <br /> I 26 endorsement as additional insureds on the Contractors Pollution Liability insurance policy. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 Such Pollution Liability policy shall provide the following minimum limits: <br /> I 29 *** $2,000,000 *** each loss and annual aggregate <br /> 30 <br /> 31 1-C7,18(5)K.RTF <br /> I 32 1-07.18(5)K Professional Liability <br /> 33 (January 4, 2016 APWA GSP) <br /> 34 <br /> 35 The Contractor and/or its Subcontractor(s) and/or its design consultant providing <br /> I36 construction management, value engineering, or any other design-related non-construction <br /> 37 professional services shall provide evidence of Professional Liability insurance covering <br /> 38 professional errors and omissions. <br /> I 39 <br /> 40 Such policy shall provide the following minimum limits: <br /> 41 $1,000,000 per claim and annual aggregate <br /> I 42 <br /> 43 If the scope of such design-related professional services includes work related to pollution <br /> 44 conditions, the Professional Liability insurance shall include coverage for Environmental <br /> I 45 Professional Liability. <br /> 46 <br /> 47 If insurance is on a claims made form, its retroactive date, and that of all subsequent <br /> I 48 renewals, shall be no later than the effective date of this Contract. <br /> 49 <br /> N.
